North Lanarkshire Council will decide whether to allow the construction of a new building combining a tattoo studio and accommodation in Muirhead.
Sacramental Tattoos is seeking planning permission for the studio building, which would also contain a two-bedroomed apartment, at a site on Moorpark Avenue.
The location in question is currently undeveloped land located near a mixture of housing and commercial buildings.
The proposal also includes nine parking spaces for customers and employees, and the plan is for the studio to be on the ground floor below the residence, each with separate entrances located on the front and read of the building respectively.
Several neighbouring properties have been notified of the application, which can be viewed and commented upon by visiting the council’s website and searching for reference number 23/00651/FUL.
