A CITY centre store is set to reopen later this month with a live music event.
HMV, on Argyle Street, closed its doors last month to undergo a "short refit".
Now, store bosses have revealed they will reopen around Friday, September 22 with two days of music planned from some of the "best local artists".

Sharing the news on X, formerly known as Twitter, they wrote: "I know you’re all missing us already but what a weekend we’ve got lined up for you when we reopen.
"Two full days of live music from some of the absolute best local artists around and so much more. More details to follow, don’t miss it."

Artists performing at the grand reopening include Nick Shane, The Laurettes and Emilie Leslie.
The free event will take place on September 22 and 23 from 12.30pm on both days.
